Earlier today, the Founder and Speaker strangely united on a common issue regarding the economy: dismantling it. Founder Natan and Speaker Northi Arabia, both leaders of their respective Democratic and Conservative parties, declared today, their intent to repeal C.B. 1-0003, better known as the Natan Regional Economic Statute. The bill, passed last year in December by the First Congress, established the basis for an economic system in the region, yet left open many other factors for the current congress to debate. This morning, the Founder and Speaker jointly declared their support for repealing such a bill, with the Founder introducing the bill to do so, and the Speaker declaring that all bills regarding the economy were to be removed from the floor. "I VOTE FOR, FINALLY. THANK YOU NATAN. If you could just give me announcement powers or make an announcement that the Speaker bans all bills related to the economy and money and salaries until a proper economy is set up," The speaker stated today on the repeal bill's thread. "I think if we can't agree on anything regarding an economy, we shouldn't have one," Natan said in a sit-down with NRR. "Congress has been debating the same things for months with no avail, and it'll only get worse with the recent changes in membership," The founder stated, referring to the recent special election which seated Rep. Wusmeinia (D) in former rep. Nimphoran's (C) place.
