What are the standing salaries of the judges are they like the presidents cabinet or does congress need to make a salary bill/update the current one cause the last time I've read it does not mention it if not can you fix this awkward situation. No salaries have been officially set yet for anyone.

A constitutional question How come no one has the authority to remove a judge? would a congress act be enough or would the constitution itself be required to change it. This can be important if the judge turns out though however unlikely to be incompetent for the job.

There is I must have missed it while reading the constitution. On a second note the conversation about judge powers/responsibilities do you think this will increase my chances in getting a position in the supreme court? I'm currently nervous about this and think I will fail but I could just be too hard on myself.

I know I believe that this in the end will affect nothing I was just preparing and those who seek the same position by extent saint shem's questioning but at least the courts have a more detailed explanation than before.

since the supreme courts hold criminal trials who is the prosecutor. Would it be the president cabinet member or congressman perhaps all the above or is their going to be a dedicated prosecutor/investigator? On a side note is their to be a defense lawyer or are the guilty expected to defend themselves?

Question though minor in the grand scheme of things are people who file a case to pay a small fee in the US the cost is around $50 this is for administration costs or will it be free with the government to take the costs. I suppose the job can be done by volunteers or the judges themselves for free. I'm just carious and I like to focus on the small things which I view can be at times just as important as the larger ones now that we basically covered all the big questions for the courts it is time for the small ones.

Of course, nations could also defend themselves. I'll leave the rest of your questions to Natan; he knows better.

That hasn't been decided. We may charge a small fee.

perhaps a bigger question than before is their going to be private trials the outcome will be public of course but what was said and the evidence shall remain secret Many countries around the world allows this.
Also playing at the question can their be secret trials that the public does not know about and only members of government shall know of it's existence (Many governments around the world does this too). I think you will say no and properly think why I would ask such a question to that I say you are right... It is starting to become hard to think of meaningful questions now that many of the major issues have been resolved.

Why yes I assumed Their will be legal firms but my question was criminal trials involving the prosecutor which is basically the government representative. In a trial the US government does not hire private firms. They set up two public positions a prosecutor (governments are expected to represent themselves) and a defense lawyer since not all people can afford to hire a private lawyer. I'm not sure if we currently need a public defense lawyer we can ask the general public that one but the prosecutor who shall represent the government? private law firms can be seen as a unnecessary cost since a public one will most likely be cheaper or free if we have the president/cabinet member/congressmen represent the laws they passed with no pay increase... but I don't think the government should represent itself that way.
