Do you think I have a chance in becoming judge? I don't believe too many people are jumping at the opportunity. Also with the debate of salaries how much would a judge make? From my understanding the judicial branch is being setup now without a salary but I could have just missed it in the debate and I would like to ask a question that has been bugging me longer than all the aforementioned questions do the three judges decide a case together on a three judge panel similar the US supreme court or are they separate having a single judge panel like a normal district court I'm just using the us court system as a reference.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

Thanks but I have a two more questions? 1)How can a person appeal a case if there is only one court then? An appeal goes to a higher court but their is only one court. you can look up the definition. Does this mean the court redo it's case if so hat seems a bit redundant since their can be no new evidence/testimony in a appeal case it is to see if the lower courts made a mistake and overturn it. Which is why I'm confused but that is assuming we're following American/European style court systems.
2)What are the responsibilities of a chief justice it does not say it in the constitution like do they choose what cases the court does or perhaps have the ability to veto a ruling when the other two justices disagree with him...Is it just a title with no different powers than the other two justices?
sorry for the questions but I think the constitution is a bit vague on the supreme court and I'm currently trying to become a judge... must be prepared for Saint Shem questioning/convincing.

1. When we have more members, if need be, we will establish lower courts. Until then, the Supreme Court has jurisdiction over all cases. If need be, the court can decide to take a second look at the case, and change the ruling. And we are following the American court system.
2. The chief justice runs the court, and if lower courts are ever established, would be in charge of them, among other things. If you think the constitution is too vague, propose an amendment to one of the representatives.

So the chief Justice responsibilities are similar to the US Supreme Court chief justice? By the way do the supreme court like the US supreme court have the power to not take on a case or do they currently have to take on all cases presented to them if they don't then does a case require a majority vote or the chief justice has to want to do the case or perhaps just a judge to vote in favor to do the case to make it in the court.
Next do the courts decisions have the abilities to make case law this is called (The English common law) this system is used by the US federal government and 49 states some European countries have this or congress has to make the specific law and courts cannot make case laws this is (Napoleonic law) some European countries have this system and 1 US state.
Not needed for questions but a thought to all who answer my questions.
I know these questions may seem relentless but I think it is important that the powers of the courts are well understood perhaps these questions/answers are what the judges will follow to carry out their job like I said the constitution is a bit vague and until congress passes some legislation on the matter to flesh out the issue this the next best thing and knowing that I hope you guys continue to answer my questions with more satisfaction and knowing we are shaping an entire branch of government. who knows maybe congress will look at this discussion and set this talk in stone as a law.

The chief justice of the Natan Region is similar to the Chief justice of the United States, and the court must take on all cases brought before it (but can rule that the case cannot be settled in court).
And yes, the Supreme Court has the power of judicial review and case law on cases brought before it.

A case that cannot be settled in court... I can't think of anything off the top of my head... You'd know it when you see it, but I'm sure you probably won't have a lot of those, if any. Maybe one where the court decides there is no dispute. There will be a section in the library of congress for court cases. They will all be a matter of public record, and any case law or court orders can be referred to that section of the library.

What are the standing salaries of the judges are they like the presidents cabinet or does congress need to make a salary bill/update the current one cause the last time I've read it does not mention it if not can you fix this awkward situation.
