Though I'd like to point out a few discrepancies; you have actually been a resident of the Natan Region for about 2 days, and you aren't in the WA. I'd recommend fixing those.

I dont think it says anywhere that the President has to approve a citizen. Once hes filled out the application and meets all the prerequisites it should be automatic.
